Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Printing and Bindery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only possess expertise in general printing and bindery operations but will also bring a creative flair with graphic design experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach to printing while also having the opportunity to unleash their creativity through design.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials
• Perform various bindery tasks such as cutting, folding, collating, and binding
• Utilize graphic design software to create visually stunning designs for print projects
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficiency and safety

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a printing or bindery environment preferred
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time and lift 60#’s
